The Research Log is one of the more important Research Process Automation features of PowerResearcher. It provides valuable information about research materials gathered and the methodology utilized. In addition to viewing the log in PowerResearcher, you can also generate a report from the log. This report can be viewed, saved as a digital file, and printed.

As can be seen on the figure below, there are two entries in the Research Log. Entries in the Research Log report are listed in chronological order by Start Time. Keep in mind that you can only read data on the reports, you cannot modify data here. If you want to modify any data, you can only do that by clicking on the entries in log.

Look at the Hours column. Hours is the difference between the Start Time and the End Time of the entry or the duration of time spent on the activity.
